Own label manufacturing, also known as private label / white label manufacturing is where we act as a contract manufacturer for global umbrella brands, fashion brands, large retailer chains, e-commerce vendors, promotional companies, specialty channels (pharmacies, wellness and beauty care), golf clubs, photography industry, etc.

We have successfully converted our facilities to be fully compliant to meet the social and welfare compliant requirement of large buyers. We have been certified by BSCI and we have also carried our specific audits related to Buyers when we start working with them. E.g : Decathlon social compliance audit, Disney’s social compliance audit, etc.

Finally, we ensure that we fulfill the requirement of small-scale buyers to large buyers with our ever-growing internal factory capacity. Currently we have a capacity of pro 24000 umbrellas a day and we can easily expand our production capacity if there are any additional requirements.

At present we work with Buyers from EU and the US region. We look forward for the opportunity to work together.

Creating promotional products, specifically the umbrellas, are the daily work under this domain. We are engaged to find the perfect umbrella for everybody dealing with promotional products business. Our designers, workout the perfect use of customer’s logo on the umbrellas and then we execute in bringing the umbrella to life.

As an extra service, our customer is able to give their concept and we design their umbrellas from scratch and produce the umbrellas or other promotional products.

We have a strong and loyal customer base in Maldives, Seychelles, Mauritius, New-Zealand, etc for promo/customized products. Under the promotional domain we intend to provide the service as a convenient and affordable solution. In additions to the umbrellas, we also have other promotional products under this category; pens, clocks, mugs, key-tags, notebooks, etc.

We have taken our offering one step higher and offer RAPID model for our customers. In this model we stock fast moving fabric colors and frames – when we receive an order, we are able to accomplish the order within a period of 7 days minimum. Speed, quality and affordability are the most important factors under RAPID model.

The Cut & Sew business is an extension to the own label manufacturing business, since the year 2020 we have started supplying our existing and new Buyers with a range of Cut & Sew products (link this to our products page cut & sew). Our major success in this business came when we started working with a UK buyer for a Patented brand – Boot Bananas.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, in 2020, we produced and supplied; face masks, face shields and PPE kits (personal protective equipment) and disposable gowns.

Further we have added products like the guitar bag, disposable ponchos, tote bags, packable wearables collections, etc to the portfolio.

We work with internal and partner factories with regard to supplying these CUT & SEW requirements.
